If you receive items with quality issues, defects, or damage upon delivery, BYRDSTRÖM will cover all shipping costs for the return.
Please document the issues with photos or videos and contact support@byrdstrom.com immediately upon discovery in 48 hours.
•Warranty Service
- We provide a one-year free warranty service from the date of receipt confirmation.
- Warranty service require prior email application and approval.
- Shipping costs for warranty services are to be covered by the customer.
•Shipping and Handling
- Customers are responsible for all shipping and handling fees associated with returns and bear full responsibility for the safety of returned items.
- We recommend careful packaging and insurance as basic precautionary measures.
- If returned items do not comply with our return policy stated above, your order will be sent back to you.
- Once the return is approved, we will arrange the return process.Upon receiving the returned items, refunds will be processed within 14 business days through your original payment method.
